The first rule is to make it plausible if the lie is to outrageous no one will believe it. The next rule is to keep it simple a complicated lie can make you forget the exact details and you could ultimately give yourself away. The final rule for a good lie is don't make it to serious because you could potentially endanger yourself legally socially or romantically because in the end almost every lie is ultimately found out. I myself lie merely for self enjoyment. only small lies to show the gullibility of others. really the only good I get out of lying is self satisfaction cause after I tell them of my deception they usually think I'm an ***. the last big lie I told was to a girl at work. my shoe had come untied and I was bored so I went on a quest to find a girl willing to tie my shoe. after asking several female co workers no one was biting. so I had the Idea to tell those that I have yet corrupted that I pulled my back out and that was the reason I myself couldn't bend to tie it. I had a few no's but ultimately found someone gullible enough to fall for the lie. about a week later I finally revealed the fact that I was merely messing with her and she was pissed this reaction completely made my day.

I'm not really one to answer this question for you because I don't lie. I'm not judging people who do as it's not for me to judge. I'm just trying to answer your question. Being totally honest can be almost as bad as lying though. It doesn't always get you what you want and it can hurt like hell as well. Lying never gets you anywhere and is a sin............

Look directley in thier eyes. Avoid looking twards your left. This is were a person looks when they are making something up, people look to there right when rembering. Control your breathing, force yourself to breath at a controled rate. Also watch the tone of your voice. Keep your voice at a calm relaxed but direct voice.

you gotta tell yaself the lie then figure if its believable. when you have worked it out, forget the truth n believe the lie. that way people cant pick up on it if you change the "truth". it sounds Kinda off... but when i lie its to prevent drama. but thats only cuz im good at it so it works.

If your mom is a sensitive spirit, and she buys you a pink sweater, and you tell her you think its horrendous, she will be sad.
Lie and tell her you wear it once a month at the least. She will be thrilled.

To get better at lying, you have to get better at making up stories and you have to be smooth about it (I still think it's wrong).
