I love my leggings! I wear them all the time. Here are some things I pair with them (besides skirts and flats!):
-tunic tanks or tees alone or with a crop top or jacket on top
-babydoll tops
-mini dresses
-oversized polos (go up a couple sizes - it DOES look cute, in a rugby kinda way)
-long sweaters (winter)
-patent stiletto pumps are too cute
-espadrilles and wedges work
-wedged loafers, stacked heels
-converse sneakers (low or high tops), flip flops
-cowboy or slouch boots (knee or ankle - winter)

you could put them under ripped jeans. and i like the high heel idea. you can wear them with a skirt that isnt denim . you can also wear wedges. i have actually seen people wear black leggings with short shorts. its wild, but if you can pull it off it can look really cute and confident.

I just saw this in a magazine. You need to wear a really long top with no bottoms except the leggings. Never with shorts, lol! I think strappy heels would look great with that too!

Wear slightly longish tops, the colors of which should match your leggings. The tops can have clingy bust area and wide hems. Open sandals and even stiletto heels look well with leggings. :)

Try a tunic that's a little too short to be a dress and wedges. Add a hobo bag, big sunglasses, hoops, a low slung belt (or several chain belts) and slightly messy hair. It'll give a bohemian, laid-back, but city-chic vibe. No stilettos or body skimming tights please!

you can wear a dress and a belt wrapped around the waist. it looks cute and funky with the black leggings. ive tried it.

You can wear a red or black skirt or shorts. With a red or black shirt ot doesn't matter which one. Your welcome.
