my son is being detained, but he has 2 other cases pending , he has court in the morning, will all of the cases be dealt with at once

Probably not. If they were separate acts they must be ajudicated separately. It would be best for him, since having 3 cases tried at once would only prejudice the judge and/or jury.


By the way, I hope you are getting some therapy and counseling for your son. With three pending cases that kid needs help.
