No, not everyone has implantation bleeding. When they do though, its nothing like a period, its usually just spotting and its pinkish ( as you say ) or brownish.
If that pinkish mucus ,that you had, was not implantation, ot could be ovulation- some women have spotting and mild cramping when they ovulate. And, of course, another possible reason for spotting at that time are low levels of progesterone.
We all read and talk about implantation bleeding alot, but, actually, i personally know only one woman who had it. There are also alot of doctors who completely deny the idea of implantation bleeding and insist that it usually means hormonal problems.

I've heard that implantation bleeding is not very common. If you do get it, it should be brown or light pink and only there when you wipe (I'm sure there are exceptions to this, but that's what I've heard). I've also heard that it shouldn't last for more than 24-48 hours.

Not every pregnant woman had implantation bleeding. Not every woman that has implantation bleeding is pregnant. Something may try to implant and not succeed.

Everyone's pregnancy is different. I had bleeding during my first few wks but it went away. I'm 12wks now and everything is fine. Some pregnant women dont have bleeding at all others do. It really depends on your body and your pregnancy. GOOD LUCK

I think everyone's body reacts differently. Some people do have implantation bleeding, others don't.

No, and I would guess that more do not than do from the women I see in my practice.

Good luck with trying :)

Not everyone does. I didn't. My first indicator was VERY sore boobs and nipples.
