1. Rolling Stones, 1988, Steel Wheels Tour. Toronto. Biggest and greatest stage setup I have ever seen. Opening act was Living Color.

2. Bruce Springsteen 1985 Toronto Born in the USA Tour. 4 hours of pure Boss.

3. Elton John/Billy Joel, 2004, MGM Grand Las Vegas. 3 1/5 hours of two of the greatest singers ever.

1) Toto- you would not believe how amazing this band is!!!! I just saw them recently and they blew the place apart! My hat will always be off to these guys! I have seen so many concerts but none have come close to this one. Go ahead and laugh but trust me, if you go and see them you will understand what I am carrying on about. You will be a convert, I promise!

2) Paul McCartney- 2003- Way too good!
3) Elton John w/ Ray Charles, Jewel, Bruce Hornsby, Randy Newman, Babyface and many more. What a great night of performances in LA!

The best show that I've seen was Depeche Mode at the Rose Bowl in 1988. The food fight throughout the stadium was great! Then, when they played Blasphemous Rumours, the sky opened up. It was raining, thunder and lightning, and then it stopped after the song was over. It was awesome!

The best was the Velvet Revolver concert at Newcastle. Not only with me being close to the stage, it was the people around me, and the atmosphere that it made on that great night.

Avril Lavigne on her 2004 Bonez tour in Atlanta, Georgia. She totally rocks! It was the best b/c Avril is the best. Her music is unique, and unlike most singers, she can actually sing live. Not to mention, she has so much energy, and interacts with her fans. She really connected to the crowd.

I've seen lots of shows, from intimate jazz shows to blockbuster headliners to showstopper extravaganzas - in all genres from rock, hip hop, country, punk, classical, jazz, etc.

For my money, the greatest concert I've ever attended was Keith Jarrett, solo piano.

Just Jarrett, a grand piano, no amplification, in an opera house. Two hours of completely improvised music. Most breathtaking, spectacular display of sheer musicality and pathos I have ever heard.

Lots of shows have come close for a lot of different reasons, but this one does it for me.
