A person who has forced themselves sexually on another person.....a rapist, a child molester......I think all sex offenders should be put under the jail.......to rot

It's a person who forces sex or makes sexual advances on someone else in an illegal manner. It could be related to rape, fondling, minors, children, etc. It means the offense they are guilty of is sexually related.
