Materrazi knows that he is an inferior player to Zidane that is why he had to sink to name calling to win. Materrazi fell like a little girl (female dog) when Zidane headbutted him.

Probably told him he was retiring because he was old and tired, or it was a racial slur.... Or, perhaps Zidane made a deal with the devil long ago to be a such a great player, with the condition being that upon his retirement, he has to go out in shame, thus negating his illustrious career.
