Buy yourself a mastubation toy.
Make your own toy with baloons and a cardboard core from a toilet roll--use your imagination.
Pay attention to the angle of your wrist--you may be cutting off blood circulation to your hand.
Love hurts--including self love.

I guess change hands..... I have that problem too sometimes. maybe pace yourself, if it takes you awhile
