I love to chill out with nothing on, no phone, no tv, nothing. Meditate everyone now a days move so quickly to get everything done they some times forget the simple pleasures, the sun the moon, birds, the water. I love to sit and listen to water and if I feel I got somehting to get off of my chest than I write it in my journal. Oddly enough even if I never say a word I get relief in telling my book about my thoughts. Some days I read my book and laugh at the things I once thought were so stressing.
And if all else fails I take a zanax and go to sleep!!!!

A long shower, followed by a glass or two of merlot.
If I want to pound the stress out, then a fast game of Civ4.

Warm, nutless chocolate brownies with World Class Chocolate (Baskin Robbins!) ice cream and unsweetened whipped cream on top, shared with at least one cat, and any new episode of South Park.
It doesn't take much to make me happy.

Harassing people who ask stupid questions on Yahoo Answers. Or taking a huge dump. It's a close call.

sex with random strangers at my local bar, clubbing baby seals, beating my children, wiping my bootie on other peoples shower curtains and guest towels, heavy alcohol consumption, and use of illegal narcotics. These all work well for me, but you need to find what works best for you.
