Depends on what you mean by frustrated. If you mean when something goes wrong, like you spent an hour working on a project and it got ruined, then I think getting an erection would be very unusual. But if you mean sexually frustrated, as in, you're horny, then of course an erection is normal. :)

It makes sense with the added rush of blood and adrenaline. I'd say yes, it's normal.
