He acts as if he has never eaten before.

The use of the word like in this sentence isn't correct; people do it all the time, but it's not correct.

After the helping verb "have" the next verb must be in the "EN" style. (A third verb must in the in the "ING" style.)

Try it. Create various sentences like these and see what you come up with:

He has eaten.
He has been eating.
We have eaten.
We have been eating.
Having eaten an early dinner, we are going to bed.

The answer is: He has never eaten before, because the verb "to eat" comes after the verb help, so it must be in the "EN" style, so it is "eaten."

By the way, you can study this in college. It is called "syntax" and classes are offered by the linguistics department.

It's eaten. Stay awake in class, you will need to speak English if you don't want to live on welfare. Even ditch diggers have to be able to understand directions.

It depends on how old he is. If he is 5 or 6 then he ain't never 8 before but if he is 10 or 11 then he did 8 befor......hows that did i win??????????? 10 points give em up you know I earned them

eaten, it is refering to his current situation, but if it was refering to something in the past then it would be ate
