1- Positive affirmations, in the present tense.
2- Start using all your powers to create. Visualize the situation, but the way you want it to be.
3-If you believe in there being "God" great! but this will work even of you don't. Look down and starting with the first thing that you see, begin thanking, something(God), for it exactly the way that it is meaningful in whatever capacity that is. Continue this as long as you need, or until you are actually struggleing to find any thing else to give thanks for.
4- Pray! What have you got to loose by doing it, and it just might hold something for you.
5- Decide to create this step in boosting your morale, and then, if you ever find yourself in a pinch, use this one of mine if you want. Decide that you are going to explore other ways of feeling instead of down or blue or scared. See then, if another emotion could actually step in and take that job, if it is qualified to be felt accordingly. Leave nothing to chance, investigate in its entirty and do this honestly. Have fun.

This is it, at least for now. What's average lifespan? 80? Whatever, but could also be less. Time to get on with it, not a minute to waste, no time to feel low and dejected.
If you believe in eternity, thats another good reason not to have low morale, it just means that you need not fear being alive and living, as whatever you mess up here you will have eternity to improve upon.
Also realise that generally the world doesn't care, it's all about them, so what they say and think about you is in any case biased and thus irrelevant, but what you think of you always counts as it makes you who you are, and if you are breathing then all is ok and you can do whatever you need to.
Only 3, sorry, but they are BIG ones

1. Hang out with friends that make you feel good.
2. Do things that make you feel good about yourself.
3. Laugh alot.
4. Be kind so you'll get good feedback from others..
5. Every now and then do something, that won't hurt you or anyone else, that is completely spontaneous and really wierd and off the wall.
6. You only asked for 5, but for what it's worth:. Live like your gonna drop dead next week.. God willing you won't, but use your imagination. LOL, let usknow how things turn out.

3. Reading or getting involved in activities which contribute postive attitudes in you and around you
4. Taking up a project where your time can be spent usefully and will give you a purpose or goal in life

1. i try to remember that i was created and am loved by god.
2. i spend time with my family.
3. i remind myself of all the things i have accomplished in my life and of all the lessons i've learned.
4. face each day as an adventure and wait for the inevitable excitement. (4 grandkids, 3 grown children and the last one leaving for college this year; know what i mean?)
5. if those don't work; i use my back-up, CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start with the simplist task you have difficulty completing. Like Brushing your teeth morning and night . I dont know how low you are so start with a baby step keep it up for a week and build in another the next keepnig both up and so on. If you start too big you will crash .
