When editing a webpage, the CSS usually goes in the head, but since you can't access that on myspace, you can paste the CSS code anywhere on the site, and it will still work fine.

Normally I paste my codes in the about me section. Any place you put the codes on the edit profile sections (books, heros, about me, etc) should make the changes.

You can do it anywhere on the edit profile screen depending on where you want your code to be. If you want it in your personal interest section then add the code there.

Basically anywhere in the Profile section, but it is "recommended" to be placed in the "About Me" mini-section. Good luck!

In your "About Me" section. You should put it on the bottom of it after all of your details, so it's easier for you to delete it if you want to get another background.
