About the resurrection -
** John 5:28 - "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."
** Acts 24:15 - "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous."
About death -
** Isaiah 25:8 - "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces."
** Revelation 21:1-4 - "...And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

I am sorry for your loss, I lost my grandmother, grandfather, and two of my closest friends.
one thing that my grandma said was " Look into the heavens when you are lost, and I will be a light for you." I was raised most of my life my her.
my friend told me before he died to not be sad but to be happy because hes going to a better place where you can "skateboard all day and not get caught by police".
you have my deepest sympathy.

If the people we love are stolen away from us, the way to have them live on is to never stop loving them. Buildings burn, people die but real love lives forever.
