That is wrong and you should file a complaint. That is discrimination it is not like you did it on purpose right? Look being overweight is something that has to be dealt with we are not in the shadows anymore. But it doesn't mean that we should be treated like dirt, we are people too. Look many people will say to do something about it if it bothers you. But really it is up to what you want to do and the way you want to look. It is NOT easy to lose weight especially if you have a condition. People still don't think before they speak. I would still write a letter to the company and let them know how a paying customer was treated. Take it to the top. We have the same rights as everyone else. Good luck sweetie and you are in my prayers.

If I'm honest with you, most people have a problem with you because they think you're lazy and have no self-respect. Personally I find obese people offensive unless there is a medical reason behind it. The general consensus is "If I'm not 300lbs why are you? Why didn't you just eat less? How could you let yourself get like that?" These are questions people want to ask but it's rude to and because we don't have the answers and dont understand it leads to negativity issues. Like I said, I'd have a problem with you simply because I cannot comprehend how you are in that situation. It isn't fair (the store situation or what most people think) but it is human nature.

the last thing we need is another "suing because i'm fat " lawsuit. Look man, i'm not trying to be mean, but you became obese because of your obsession with eating. When people are obsessed with things like homosexuality or say devil worship or strange music they are hated as well for no reason alot of times. I do not hate fat people, however, I do not understand why we are letting this epidemic get this far out of hand. The government takes about 200 dollars out of each check i make to pay for things like people on disability who can't work simply because they can't walk due to all the Mickey D's. I don't hate you for it, but understand that not everyone is happy to have to change standards (i.e. cleaning up other peoples can messes) due to lack of responsibility.

No, it isn't fair at all, in fact that is harrassment and you can very easily sue that grocery store, and the manager.
Good Luck!

Sue the pants off that whole store. If that was me, that store would go from being "Food City" to "DK's Food Mart"

Is this hatred based on this one experience?
The manager did an EXTREMELY poor job handling the situation. therefore he doesn't deserve your financial support.

I think it might be fear, not hate. Usually obesity is self inflicted. What's wrong with a diet anyway. It would help your heart.

well first i'm not fat so speaking for some of my friends that are skinny people are just mad at fat people becau7se there not skinny like them but those people will be fat to from kids and doing stuff that they usally do to. so don't worry if your by people who don't care what you look like then you won't have to worry about what other people think.
