Oh yes, I've done i! I'm a mammographer, I did one on a transsexual patient. Breast tissue is composed of the lobuales that make breast milk and ducts that carry it to the nipple. Breast cancer arises from the lobuales and ducts. Both men and women have milk ducts in their breasts. Men don't have the lobuales. (sp)
Breast cancer is rare in men, and usually has a strong hereditary conponent.

a mammogram is where they check the breast tissue for any lumps or cancer, and if the female transsexual has this done then it would be a good thing, actually either sex can have problems in this area and would be good for everyone to keep this in mind...
you may want to talk to a doctor about this and they would better understand your situation and be able to give you an in detail answer.

Sure. Uhm wait are you f2m or m2f? Either way, oestrogen has been observed with higher incidences to breast tissue cancer. If you're m2f then you probably take oestrogen and should probably self-examine. I've heard of genetic males who don't take oestrogen getting breast cancer (very rare). Self-examine, if you find anything odd, ask your physician, then they can direct you a proper course of action. Breast implants make mammograms very hard to perform and read though.
If you're f2m, you probably had a mastectomy...I'm not entirely sure if that completely frees you from the danger of breast cancer. I'd say consult your physician, but I'm willing to bet that if you've had a hysterectomy with bilateral oopherectomy and you're on T, then your oestrogen levels are likely low and that may help minimise the threat of breast cancer...but I don't know for sure.

I don't see why not. Naturally grown breast tissue is naturally grown breast tissue, with all the same glands. Seems like a good idea to do, actually.
