Cardio is your main thing. Either outside or on a treadmill. You have to get your heartrate really going to burn it fast or just fast walking. Whatever your body can stand. For the love handles, take something like a broom or mop handle and put it behind your head. grasp it on either side about 6 - 8 inches from the end. Then twist the trunk of your body back and forth for about 15 minutes. Repeat several times a day. This will help and also eating right. There is no magic pill that will help but there are good supplements out there to help you along if weight problems are there. GOOD LUCK

Exercising a given part of the body does not cause fat loss in that part of the body. You have love handles because that is where you store fat, and when you consume too many calories that is where they end up. When you use calories fat will disappear from there even if the exercises involve your arm or leg muscles rather than your core muscles. So to lose love handles be careful about what you eat and drink and get a lot of exercise: any exercise.
