depends on your body type. If you are very thin, you're not going to be the same size as someone who is more curvy. I'm a size 8 or 10 and I'm 5'9".

It is dependent on how much junk in the trunk....most likely you'd be a sz.10 or 12. This also means you may have to hem the bottoms if you aren't in regular and need a tall.
You must give a bit more information to know exactly ?!!!

If she is thin I would start at a 8 tall and if she is normal I'd say 12 or 14 tall and if she is a bit plump go with 16 tall and up.
