I almost didn't respnd to this, but what the heck.
Your question is a blatant generalization. You're implying that ALL Black people call ALL White people woodpecker. I for one have never called anyone a woodpecker. I don't know if any of my Black friends has ever called someone a woodpecker, but I have heard the term "pecker" used. I don't know the etymology of the term but I know it's a slur. And by the way, I've heard the term be used by Whites and Blacks.
See, that's the thing about tastelessness. It, like ignorance, and intolerance is an equal opportunity employer.

Brown people call white people wood peckers becuase back then Eurpeans always wanting to go to Africa for gold, slaves etc. Now they have afrikanas which are europeans who are wannabe africans. They are white people who come and live houses there etc. They are a nuisance with their building of homes and destroying of africas natural wild life look.Thats why many african animals are endangered becuase of white people.Like christopher columbus a woodpecker.White people always pecking around other countrys with that long nose they got lol, thats why

You mean pecker wood? It was what southerners called country white people. Blacks just copied them. Blacks rip off mostly southern white slang

because they dont know any white jokes or insults... its impossible to say an insult to a white person, its much easier to say soemthing to a black or mexxy...woodpecker is a gay thing to say..doesn't even sound funny or insulting..
