I am taking the L&H class next week and must take the State Exam on the folloeing Monday...do I have enough time to take class,study and PASS exam 2 days later?...I need to in order to work for the company I am applying for.

Many people are able to pass the exam on the first try. It may even be an advantage that the exam will happen soon after the class - less time to forget the lessons. But, you ABSOLUTELY MUST study hard during the time you have. If the job is important and getting it may influence the rest of your life (or at least a lot of it) for a few days set everything else aside except eating and sleeping and cram, cram, cram.

If you do well in the class, you should have no trouble passing the exam. Go over the class materials ahead of time, so that you can ask questions and concentrate on your weak areas.
I took the test the next day after the class was done, and I passed first try.
