Weird Al. I cant stand him. But I don't even think he can be considered a rapper. Next Vanilla Ice, even though I used to love his cr@p when I was like 5 years old, Mc Hammer too, 50 cent sucks @ss. Eminem is not my personal favorite but I do have to disagree with some of the other answers. He has skills. Best rapper alive after 2pac and Biggie's death I think is Nas, but he doesn't get enough credit in my opnion. I know other people would say JayZ, but I don't think so, He doesn't even come close.
