Yes.

It's called cyber squating. Basically instead of begging on the street you beg on a website with a paypal account.

The other option is stripping or becoming a hooker. Lots of websites to post one's abilities so those rich people help poor people by paying by the song or thirty minute session.

Of course the final option where the rich help the poor is University. They just give the cash away during all of that education, of course you have to pay it back but at least you'll be educated when the loan comes due.
