Call Tracfone executive resolutions at 1-800-339-9345 they are way better than tracfone's regular customer service or at least faster than waiting for 15 minutes on hold. They should be able to send you a new sim card for free at least they are supposed to if your service isnt working properly. Plus Ben told you some incorrect information Tracfone uses the service provider that is most reliable in your area and not just cingular wireless's networks because All of my family run on the U.S. Cellular network through tracfone and my grandma runs through Verizon Wireless' network. The cell service provider depends on your zipcode. I have had to call cust service quite a bit to fix my problems but I found executive resolutions and I have called a lot less since then because they actually fix your problem or attept to instead of hang up on you.

First off, PUK code is not on the the simcard or a number on the simcard! This is something with the phone! I don't even think tracfone has sim cards! You need to call tracfone and let them know what happend. I really doubt that they will be able to help you, since they are not the service provider. They use Cingular as there main service provider (the old network).

That is all i can tell you about that! If they say anything about paying money for something or getting anew phone... Just get T-Mobile TOGO. It cost way less and your minutes are automaticly doubled and extended for a year for free! Think about it!

GOOD LUCK!

I personally had done this myself and I had called tracfone and they cave me the info. and they are really nice, provided I had a hard time understanding the broken English (bad hearing doesn't help the situation), they had really helped me out. I screwed up and thought I had broken my phone and they sent me a new sims card free of charge and it was my bad when I had inserted the card incorrectly, They were nice then also. Why am I leaving tracfone? only because I use those minutes like water.
