The movie is doing very well so there will be a upcoming sequel probably in 2008 or 2009.

Yes there will be, I wish go for broke and do the Doomsday story line when Superman dies and the other Supermen men takes his place for a short time.Shaq had better not apply for the role of Steel again

I think there will be a sequel in a couple of years. If they can keep the lead actor under cotract. If this movie makes a lot money at the box office.

oh ya the theather take should be around 180 mil then you have dvd sales mechandise and video games took 200 mil to make will probably come home at the end of the day with maybe 350 mil. That's not even counting international

yes if superman dies for some reason his son could always take over for him. I actually thought that this would be the last one out of respect for Christopher Reeve
