Between those two, I would take Melina any day of the week.
As for suing, she can sue Christy if Melina actually copyrighted that entrance or if WWE holds the rights to those moves. If that is the case, Hemme will lose in court and pay up some money for violation of copyright. WWE is notorious for holding the rights to any form of creative license that they developed for a particular character.

If people in wrestling sued everyone who allegedly "copied" anything from anyone, the lawsuits would never stop. Hulk Hogan copied his entire act from Superstar Billy Graham, for example.
