If you can afford it, why not? Have fun! If you live nearby, they sell a Premium Pass, where you can go to both parks all year for $140.00.
If you're asking which one to go to, it just depends on what you feel like doing that day. Either way, you stand in lines to go on rides... but in Knott's you get turned upside down and sideways, and in Soak City you get wet and cooled off. You really can't lose either way.

Knotts Berry Farm, If you went to Raging waters already Soak City will suck EXTREMELY. I went through the same thing and i regret goin to Suck City.
