No I don't think like that, and I think you are a rotten individual for saying this.

No, I think you are being extemely short sighted. Even though I believe in a life after death, I am saddend by anyone's death. They are leaving behind someone who cared about them and loved them and who will miss them. I also think that in some small way the value of this world is reduced because of the ideas and experiences that person could have shared.
American military go where they are commanded to go. They are in Iraq to try to improve the conditions of life and freedom of the Iraqi people as well as remove the threat that Saddam Hussein was to Iraqis who thought differently than himself and ultimately to the rest of the world (removing Saddam from power was accomplished). Whether they are ultimately successful in giving a chance at a better life to Iraqis will depend on the Iraqi people themselves and whether they can hold onto the freedom they are being given to choose their own destinies.
What saddens me is when any soldier (Coalition or Iraqi) doesn't represent themselves and their country properly, but the majority of the soldiers there do and deserve our respect and praise for the difficult mission they are given. In my book they are heroes.

I do not think like this. While I agree that our country has no right to be in Iraq and that our military bears the sole responsibility for the violence that occurs there, it saddens me to hear of the deaths of American soldiers (just as much as I am saddened to hear of the deaths of Iraqi civilians and resistance fighters). It is not our brothers and sisters in uniform who should be dying in Iraq, but the corrupt politicians who sent them there. The average American soldier has much more in common with the fighters of the Iraqi resistance than with the American ruling class for whom they fight. By overthrowing Hussein, we have replaced the oppression of a violent dictator with the opressions of militarism, capitalism, and fundamentalism.

You are very wrong. A soldier obeys orders. He does what he is told to do. Every life lost in war is a life to cry over. Someones son, daughter, mother , father , brother, uncle etc. I experience no joy at the death of any Arab or American. Just a profound sadness.----The Angels Weep----

I'm sure there are some ignorant, horrible Israelis out there who like to hear about Muslims being killed, and horrible Buddhists in Thailand who like to hear about that too. I'm sure there are some evil Malaysians who get a thrill out of any tragedies in Thailand, and backwards Koreans who like it when something bad happens to Japan. You'd fit right in. Just like you'd have fit right in with the retarded Palestinians who were dancing in the streets on 9/11.

I've checked your other questions. You are pretty ignorant and seem to have a one-track mind. Maybe if you were less obsessed about America and Americans, you wouldn't have such penis envy about them. Maybe you could grow your penis just as big. (Um, I know you are sort of simple, so I'll explain. That was a met-a-phor.)

Deserved it? The military followed the directions of the Commander and Chief and went into a combat mode where many sacrificed their lives to defend the rest of us. The military casualties made that sacrifice in our defense and on our behalf and I cannot tell you how ungrateful it would be somehow discredit their sacrifice.

It appears that you are picking on the wrong people. The unfortunate military man who loses his life does so in the belief that he is protecting his country. If anyone deserves your wrath, it is those people who sent them there in the first place. The ones who persuaded them that they were going to protect America and not just to protect a pool of oil!

Uh...you're wrong to think like that, yes and anyone who is happy about any death is a little sick. The only exceptions are for hideous murderers and dictators. I don't really feel glad, par se, but I do feel relief.

Thank God we live in a free country where even you have a right to say this crap. Our fathers, sons. brothers, sisters, wives and daughters are dying for your right to laugh at the tragedy of their death. Don't be so quick to judge those who have ideas contrary to yours. You have NO idea what their life story is, or why they believe as they do. Quite frankly your attitude sickens me....but that's your right.

Not only are you wrong but you are mentally ill. Some of those soldiers that died are friends of mine, and you are lucky that there are people like that willing to give their lives so you can have the freedom to say your sick and twisted thoughts. My advice is to seek medical help.
