VCast Music transfer on my cell phone?

If I have a cell phone with V Cast Music, can I take mp3's that I have on my computer and transfer them to the phone?

Call Verizon tech support - they will tell you how to do it. Without knowing which phone you have I can't tell you in which format (wma or mp3) you would need to convert your songs into. But yes, you can.
