Butt can be shaped by exercise (but there won't be much of a difference in just a month). Your boobs are what they are, unless you let a doctor shove some plastic in there, and the consultation and recovery from enhancement surgery is more than a month.
Bottom line (pardon the expression) is that there is very little you can do to alter your body shape in 30 days.

Keep healthy, have a moderately active lifestyle. Enhance nothing, your perfect just they way you are. Any guy that tells you different watches too much TV and does not understand what real beauty is.

u don't need boobs or a butt to get a man. i bet there is a man out there that will love u for more than your looks. But if its that bad that u need to take drastic measures be sure u know what your doing.....just be careful.

Surgery if you listen to a majority. Exercise but it could take longer than a month. Buy a different bra. Sometimes the clothes we wear do not do our bodies justice. For me personally surgery is way over done and sometimes over rated too!

For the 'boobs' i recommend to buy silicone, size c or d; it cost $10 the pair and you put inside your regular bra and boala! you got a nice cleveage! they sell the magic at some DOT Fashions stores! good luck girlfriend ;)

dont do that it's not going to make u a better person well it might to the boys but dont do anything for the boys they can be pretty dumb at times actually most of the time but tell ur mom what u should do cause she probly wanted to the same thing at ur age

It's not possible! You may want to do one at a time because both at the same time would be to much pain to bare.

talk to a doctor u can get butt ejection and they have pills to kmake your boobs bigger i dont have that problem my friend ask da same question

the only way you can do that is my targeting the areas with exercise. there is some great ones on this article about body building
