my question is,,,where can one find a list of kids in that age group, and in particular, one that is geographically specific...like in within 30 or so miles of johnstown pa?

most senior pictures are arranged by the school, not by the individual children (or their parents)
You'd have a much easier time contacting the schools rather than the students. They'll be listed in the phone book.
Or take an advertisement in a local paper that serves the geographic area specified.
