state of michigan rules on fencing in mobile home parks?

Fencing, as in with epees (blunted swords)? Or fencing, as in building fences? Be clearer or else I can't answer you.

Depends on where you live, in the city or township.
each area can have seperate zoning ordiances.
I suggest you contact your local building and planning department, they are the one's you contact for building permits which you will need to get to put up a new fence or replace an old one.
Also, if you need to first check with the mobile home park to see if it ok to put up a fence.

It's not State of Michigan it is local zoning.
