i am a 6 foot female and had problems putting on weight. In fact i was thinner than the ideal model. I took a step back and thought to myself there is so much negative things happening in my personal life that made me so low. I started to get rid of the unhealthy things going on in my life one by one. I then started to feel so contented within myself, that now I'm so confident with body shape.YOU CAN DO IT

Well I havetwo methods that worked well for me

1) Order roomate special from Dominos, eat it in 1 sitting
2) Eat 4 burgers off the dollar menu at McDonalds right before bed

Never try to put on weight as a task in itself. Simply try to find the healthy foods and the moments when your body can tolerate them.

It worked for me on two occasions when I had gastroenteritis.

Chemists stock a number of drinks used to increase the calorie intake of people overcoming illness or the elderly , take one of these drinks with each meal and you are effectively eating twice as much .

Fat or Muscle?
To get fat: eat a lot of stuff with lots of calories and sit around at home all day.
For muscle: eat a lot, but make sure you eat protein and lots of veggies. Then just do some exercises.

Eat lots of carbs and meats. You could also eat junk food but that would raise your cholesterol and increase your risk of heart attack. Do the healthy way.
