Suicide is selfish becuase it takes into account just your own needs. Abortion also takes into account your own needs but affects only 2-3 people the child, the mom, and the dad (presumably); suicide affects almost everyone that knew the person and is usually a whole bunch more than know about an abortion. So I vote for suicide being the most selfish.
Of course, Murder and rape are up there pretty high too.

The most selfish act is war. Not only is it unconscionable to think of violence as an answer to problems, but to then gather together and convince others to cooperatively indulge in the same outlandish answer -- that is selfishness!

Murder. Murder would probably be the most selfish act anybody can commit. Taking another person's life, especially when it isn't theirs to take. It goes way past the definition of "greed" in my opinion.

Murder hands down. Maybe suicide, but killing a human to make one's own situation better or more palatable is obviously the most selfish.

i dont knwo that there is one single above all selfish human act. maybe if a child was lost in the city or being hurt, and instead of helaping, you walk away, becaus eits always easier to walk away than to help, and thats why people walk

Loving oneself more than your spouse, children and other family members and hurting someone so bad emotionally and financially just for the thrill of it. I know of a being such as this. she is truly an unworthy selfish being.
