Consider: Italy VS France 1 - 1. Italy actually beat France's defence twice to hit the back of their net. One goal allowed the other called offside. France never found the back of Italy's net in the entire 120 minutes of play but was merely awarded a goal via a penalty kick. Do you not think that Zidane's despicable behavior pretty much sums up France's frustration? Hoza South Africa 2010!!!

I think Italy deserved to win the world cup this time. They played an excellent game against France. Remember the only reason why France went to the fnals was because of tha penalty kick against Portugal.

no the best team didnt win, even italian suppourters agree that the french played a much better game. and i really believe that zidane shouldnt have been given a red card, nobody saw it happen, the ref only saw it on the screen and that is against the rules, during a game, u cant use the instant replays to judge something. either u saw it or u didnt, and if the ref didnt see it, it didnt happen. france played better, zidane is still the best player ever. no matter wat, and i think we should have a rematch or better yet, italy should be stripped of their title because the guy probably said something racist to zidane, and FIFA is totally against racism. FRANCE RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both Italy and France were not strong enough to go to Berlin. But in every WC, strong teams we thought wouldn't always keep going.
