Zidane and Materazzi were arguing about something and then Zidane head-butt him; what did Materazzi say or did to him?

I read from another forum that the Italian Materazzi appeared to pinch and twist Zidannes nipple as he let go of him in the penalty area, Zidannes first reaction was shock and when he realised what had happened I think he lost his temper. Watch the replay carefully he twisted his hand as he let go.

I saw the whole thing on T.V. There was some jocking around for postition. It seemed like Marco mildly held Zidane & then they broke. At first seemed as if everything was ok. I think Zidane even smiled and was walking the other way when all of a sudden he turned around and head butted Marco in the chest. It was a beautiful head butt as far as head butts go but I was shocked especially since this was the world cup and he was France's Capitian. Why would he throw it all away, no matter what Materazzi might have said to him. He showed a total lack of control and deserved to get booted. Obviously he did not learn the adage of stick and bones will brake his bones but words will never hurt him, that is if he doesn't let them hurt him.

It must have been something really bad or Zidane wouldn't have head-butted him and gone off and left his team --I didnt even see him come back for his medal!! Poor guy! What an end to an awesome career --He was -(I still want to say 'is')- untouchable. Not 1 foul the whole World Cup. What a guy!!

Zidane- has his own song, a player with charisma, was supposed to get 'The golden ball' award, supposed to have a movie made after him --and now??? So sad how life has a way that 1 moment can change your whole life. I want to believe that there are 2nd chances, but I just don't know what to think now. When France won against Portugal, all of them were jumping around like lunatics, thrusting around probably worse than Shakira!- but Zidane, such a gentleman to the end, stood his ground, smiling, hugging people. Materazzi probably said that Zidane is too old, and it's time to go. And then Zidane wanted to kick his butt. And he did it.

Materazzi was just guarding him, and Zidane was probably frustrated becuase they were tied. . . .who knows what they were saying. But what a way for Zidane to end his football 'legacy'.

yeah i also heard about the titty twisting...and you can also see materazzi pulling on zidane's injured arm.
Edit: On french tv they just started saying that Materazzi said something about Zidane's mum.

I don't know but i reckon Materazzi must have said something pretty bad. Something about his mum or a racist jibe. I think its zoo mag which has a footy lip reading section so maybe they will shed light on it. Ace head butt though, like a bull!! haha
