On the menu at the top of the internet page open 'tools'. Then open 'Internet Options' and at the top of the dialog box that opens is a type in area with the label 'Home Page Address' in that type-in area put the address of the page you want to use. Then that page will come up all the time when you click on the 'Home' button on the menu bar.

Go to the page you want to be your home page.
In the Internet Explorer menu click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Near the upper left you will see a button that says "Use Current"
Click that button and it will make the page you are currently on your home page.
After that IE should open to the page.
(You may also want to Add a Bookmark to that page so that if it messing up in the future you can get back to it with one click)

it truly is the default habit of internet Explorer, and maximum browsers. If it became no longer, you may finally end up with further and extra living house windows open. instead of fixing settings, once you pick to open in a sparkling window, carry down your SHIFT key, and then click the link. This works in Mozilla, Netscape, and internet Explorer.

If you go into the Tools menu and the click options, the option is on the first page to change your homepage.

Also, be careful about any downloads you do. Toolbars, free smiley programs, screensavers and other programs like that can sometimes come with other programs that change the homepage of your browser.
