Last October I was dating this guy, I cant tell you how (right) it felt being with him,the 2nd week he ask me to marry him and I said yes, im normaly a rashinel person, but being with him felt so RIGHT im a virgen and he knew that inm waiting for marrige, the 3rd week he broke up with me..that was early november in march I found out he got married to some girl he didnt no....I have moved on but I cant stop thinking that he was my soul mate

I know how you feel. I had found someone I felt that I couldn't live without. Then I found out the hard way that I could. a
few years went by, and then I got another soul mate...and then another.
There is a lady I know who is about 85 yrs old. When she was young,there was this special fellow in her life,and he felt the same towards her. For some reason they ended up marrying other people,but still had somewhat of a bond for each other. When her husband of 50+ years died, a couple of years passed and she got word that her old boyfriend's wife had died. To make a short story shorter, they are now finally married. I certainly hope you don't have to wait that long.
But there is question that I ponder; where do we get the idea that we have a soul mate to begin with? Where did that idea first come from? In the bible that I study,I've never seen any reference to having a soul mate. I know it sounds nice and somewhat romantic,but is there really such a thing? The bible does say that what is joined on earth by God shall not be loosed in heaven,but do you suppose that is what the bible is talking about? Oh well, my friend,I guess we'll find out someday. Humm...I'm sorry to hear that. But I'm sorry to say that NO he couldn't possibly be you soul mate. I say that because he wouldn't have broken up with you in such a short period of time. You might think that he's ur soul mate because ur probably still "in love" with him. But I really think you should move on just like he did. Obviously he didn't think twice about getting married to the other girl, and if he did love you he would have never hurt you the way he did...sorry I had to sound so harsh but It's the truth... best wishes in you future relationships...

Not a soul mate because they are both meant for each other and stay together . You don't miss your soul mate as long as your a live ,Some find that person in later years. Some found them younger but once found they are always . I found mine , I divorced him ( he felt he could do anything and I'd never go) , 18 years later neither one remarried and we laugh and talk about how much we loved each other and hated even other .We even hug and say I love you to each other ,Then I say thanks for visiting go home .LOL

sweety, guys come a dime a dozen. Depending on how old u r. You might want to consider just dating for awhile. Men are weird. Not all are bad though. So I would suggest dating. Don't move to fast when u move to fast with a guy. Usually in the long run U end up getting hurt.

I think so. It may even be possible to not have a soul mate. Some people are just fine being alone. If solitary trees grow at all, they grow strong.

Don't be surprised if you find out that he knew that girl a lot longer that you think; you may have been the "rebound chick" when they broke up. Do yourself a favor and continue to move on.

I don't think so. He wasn't "the one". I went through that too, and now I'm engaged to be married to my true soul mate. You'll find yours.
