Well, yes. Concepts can exist even if nothing ever fits the concept. We have the concept of a 'ghost' -- even if ghosts don't exist, the concept of a disembodied spirit can. Thus, the concept of "impossible" is, indeed, possible.

It is impossible for me to jump from here to the moon in the next 5 seconds. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. It didn't happen therefor it was impossible. In the future someone might be able to perform that kind of leap but not now so yes, impossible exists.

Some things are definitely impossible for humans.
But nothing is impossible with God.

Aside from that, the concept of impossible must be possible, or it wouldn't have been possible for you to think of it.

imposible is a concept of the present over time impossible things become possible when they were impossible maybe a few years earlier.

C.S. Lewis has a great passage on the impossible in "The Problem of Pain." In essence, he states that even God cannot accomplish the impossible – not because God is not omnipotent, but because the impossible is that which contradicts itself. Thus, even God cannot make a creature that has free will while not having it, because the notion of such a creature is purely a linguistic and cognitive fiction – incapable of having any real-world analog.

In short, yes some things are truly impossible, & other things are possible we just think they are impossible.
