I just dont understand my ex-husband he is a dead beat dad we have been separated for almost 2 years and divorced for 1 he moved to Canada to be with new girlfriend because they started to garnish his wages and he has not helped me out. He has not even seen his kids in almost 2 years but he just had a new baby how can he just go one like he does not have these boys I try to keep a relationship between him and his kids but I cant its not my job he should do that. Our boys are 3 and 5 and he missing out on two awesome boys but that is okay because we are so much better without him it just makes me mad that he does not seem to care

okay also just to let you know he did not leave us we left him because he was abusive towards me an after 5 1/2 years i was done

Don't dwell on what you or your boys don't have..........feel blessed for what you do have. Him being out of the picture is the best thing. The boys won't see how he treats others abusively, you don't have to worry about him in your life, you can continue the peaceful life that you have.
Don't second guess it....whenever you think about how much the ex is missing out on..........go kiss your kids and tell them you love them.

Sounds like he DOESNT care . no seems to it. Im sorry this has happend to you and i pray somday soon he will realize what he is doing to his kids. but on the other hand alot of woman make it so the man walks way and just gives up. the kids is all that should matter .be good you are all they got now.
