Ok, I'm 17, I get like 2 periods a year, I'm not on any pills or anything, now heres the problem, I had sex about 3 weeks ago then a few days later I got a LONG heavy UNEXPECTED period, then I was ok, but then I had sex AGAIN and like 4 days after I had spotting and I have NO idea what that means, was that like implantation bleeding?......is there any chance that I am? My breasts are kinda tender Im really scared someone please help.

no one but a doctor or a pregnancy test can tell u for sure. but, you are young and your body isn't fully mature yet that may be your period problem and most of the time your breasts do get tender during, before, or after your period. talk to your doctor.

First of all you should have used protection. second i have never heard of implantation bleeding. you should take a pregnancy test and see if you get an answer then call your local health department and set up an appointment they keep things anonomous and will help if you are pregnant whether you want to keep it or not.

Go to the doctor, I sounds like you could be pregnant but like you say you only have your period twice a year so not sure. But be honest with your parents and go to the doctor it could also be something more serious.

Go to Planned Parenthood and get yourself checked out. Then, ask for some birth control and stop having unprotected sex. You never know what you might catch out there.

your best bet is to go to a gyno and get checked..have them do a blood test they are more accurate..but with your period being very heavy for 4 days your most likely not pregnant.

since you don't have regular periods there is no real way to know. you should go to planned parenthood, or your Doctor and get a blood test. its the only way to know for sure. good luck
