No. Best bet is to check with the local Better Business Bureau. They keep track of such things

If they ask for money, they are not legit.
Call the women's Fashion Coordinator, at major stores in Miami.
There is probably, a Neiman-Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Bloomingdales, Macy's, etc. in Miami. If you can't speak with the Fashion Coordinator, ask for her assistant. Someone should be able to direct you to the best modeling agency in Miami.
If that doesn't work, call the store, tell the person that answers the telephone, that you want to speak with someone that can give you the names/telephone numbers, of the best modeling agencies in Miami.
Talent Agencies: call the professional and community, theaters in Miami. Ask them to recommend the best talent agencies in Miami.
I suggested that you call the "industry profesisonals," because they work in the industry everday," and will give you the most up-to-date and reliable, first-hand, information.
Good luck.

Most of the big modeling agencies in NY don't represent anyone under 14 or 15 years old. Ford and Wilhelmina are the top agencies that have a childrens division if you are under 14.

Check with the Better Business Beaureau. And Ask for references. Ask the police department if there have ever been any incodences there, that were of legal concern. Do it, Do it.
