Are we too free or too restrained?

Question

Like you know how foreign TV shows are way censored? And how some sites are shut down on the internet?

As a conservative, I sometimes agree with this, but other times it seems a hassle, because in Anime, you sometimes miss the important plot parts.



I know it's "protecting" our youth...what do you think?

We are both, we as Americans have the deep rooted belief that we are the "super nation" we are in a way. As a result we perceive that we are allowed to be free of most bonds and laws other countries. We often take most of rights for granted so as a result when we have something taken away we look for something to complain about so we do have to many liberties. We are to free.
