For me, it was walking into one of those glass walls/partitions in the mall. The entire thing shattered LOUDLY into many pieces, and everybody at the supermarket check-out was staring. It was VERY thin glass!
The ironic thing is that I was wearing my glasses at the time.
Since then, they've placed a strip of red tape across the glass to prevent any other idiots from doing the same thing.

I was 7 and threw up on the ride in the Epcot sphere in Disneyworld. They had to stop all the carts so my seat could be cleaned up, and everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) was looking at me as I cried & spewed a little more. Then there were these old ladies who kept going "Awwww how sad" and parents had to keep telling the other children (my 'peers' at the time, I guess you could say) to "Be quiet, how would you feel if that was you??" The workers had to keep radioing down to the start of the ride not to send anymore people for a while... it was horrible. The only cool part was when I got taken out (with my family of course) we went through all the technical rooms of the ride that you don't see as a tourist.

nicely I had hardons interior the showers too, yet all of us receives one in some unspecified time sooner or later. yet except that, i have not had any embarassing reports interior the bathe. With seems and a present like I have, I made all of us else embarassed.

meh, I tryed to be, in style, and may pants fell down to my knees in the middle of summer, I was going commando, and I didn't notice until a police officer arrested me for public nudity! I protested and won though, thank god for traffic cameras!!!
