only if the physical is for a job, like a pre-emplyment physical. even then, many companies don't do it anymore due to the high rate of false positives (remember the Seinfeld episode when Elaine ate the poppyseed muffin?)

Depends on the type of physical and who is requiring it. I never had to for highschool sports, but for college it was.

if its for speorts, no they dont and if they try its illegal, unless its a school rule to be drug tested in a physical. look at the form youll get nad if it says drug test on it, youll get one, if not you wont be tested.

If you are over 18 you have to consent to be tested for drugs. They don't do it automatically. If you do drugs please stop.
