Tennis bracelets, also known as diamond line bracelets, are thin, elegant pieces of wrist jewelry that feature a symmetrical pattern of diamonds. Unlike charm bracelets, they lack pendants or mementos.
According to numerous web sites, such as Professional Jeweler Magazine and Normans of Mosman, tennis star Chris Evert was known for her diamond line bracelets. She lost one during the 1987 U.S. Open, and the game had to be temporarily halted while she prowled the court for it. The "tennis bracelet" incident sparked a new name for the item, as well as a huge jewelry trend.
Following in the footsteps of the great Chris Evert, last year Serena Williams wore a custom-design Harry Winston tennis bracelet at the U.S. Open. According to the press release, "Winston added an extra secure safety clasp to the bracelet to make sure the flexible and fluid piece will stay securely on Williams' 7 and one-half inch wrist."

A tennis bracelet is a simple, flexible, in-line diamond bracelet. The name tennis bracelet was first used when the great tennis player Chris Everett dropped a diamond bracelet during the 1987 US Open Tennis Tournament. She stopped the match until she found the bracelet. Since then, that style of bracelet has been called a tennis bracelet. Today, varieties of "tennis-style" bracelets are available which incorporate pearls and gemstones. These bracelets are essential for dressy occasions where their beauty adds sophistication.

The in-line thin diamond bracelet that features a symmetrical pattern of diamonds is called a tennis bracelet. According to Diamond Bug, in 1987 Chris Evert, the former World No. 1 woman tennis player and the winner of 18 Grand Slam singles titles, was playing in the U.S. Open. She was wearing an elegant, light in-line diamond bracelet, which accidentally broke and the match was interrupted to allow Chris to recover her precious diamonds.

Man are you ever trying to be coy and cute. Every woman alive knows her strengths and weakness's in the way she dresses. You know as all the civilized world omitting the middle east and their burkas that heels always accentuate a woman's calves. An ankle bracelet draws attention not only to the leg but a shapely ankle. So by the way you asked your question it is obvious you want more male response and attention. You know very well why he likes it and you have felt the need to tell the world how you drive him crazy hoping to illicit desire from other men. Heels not only shape the calf they cause a woman to walk in a certain way that is different from say wearing flats, mules, flip flops or sneakers. The only thing you left out of this fishing expedition was that under your business suit you wore a bustier, garters with thigh hi black stockings and a thong. If your going to do this do it right! Don't try and sound like Lolita or Marilyn Monroe in "Some like it Hot!"
