The Israelis gave the palestinians otonomi and land,
The Palestinians thanked them with more bombs.

Immagine that whe (America) had Gaza in New Jersey, Shooting rockets at NY, then demanding to get Long Island in order to stop shooting.
After we give then L.I., they break their promise, keep on shooting and demand Connecticut in order to stop shooting.

Immagine our kids going to summer camp and never returning because they were killed by a suiside bomber for a good cause. There is no such thing.

The Palestinians are a nation invented by the Arab countries and the Muslim nation in order to whipe Israel off the map of the middle east and then take over the rest of the world.

Fortunately for us, the border with theMuslims is in the middle east and not here. We should support Israel in order for this border not to come closer to home.

The Land of Israel has belonged to the Jewish people for thousands of years... I don't believe in God but the Old Testament is a good historical document which describes how the Jewish people escaped from Egypt and moved to Isreal long before Islam even existed.
Their right to be there is absolute. They would be quite happy living peacefully alongside non-jewish people both within Israel and as their neighbours but even on the day Israel was formed it was attacked by the Arab countries surrounding it like Egypt, Syria and Jordan. That's before Israel had any reason or opportunity to show aggression to anyone else. The agression came solely from the Arabs.
The only reason that countries like the UK and USA don't tell the Arab nations where to shove their whining protestations is because we need the oil.
The Palestinians who left as "refugees" have always been regarded as trouble-makers, even by other Arab nations - which is why they remained in refugee camps in Lebanon and other places - not even the other Arab want these people (although they daren't say so out loud).
The Palestinians backed by Hamas and other terrorist organisations habitually kill innocent civilians by rocket attacks and suicide bombings. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS NO MATTER WHAT WRONG THEY MAY THINK HAS BEEN DONE TO THEM.
If someone parks his car on your front drive (ie "occupies your land") you are not permitted to blow up his wife and children. The same applies here - even if Israel is illegally occupying Palestinian land (which I do not believe they are) what is beyond question is that this is no justification for killing people.
Those bleeding hearts who complain whenever Israel strikes back should remember how Israel only ever retaliates and should bear in mind how restrained Israel is being under the most extreme provocation. Israel is a nuclear power - think about what Israel could do if they got REALLY angry...

Historically, we have to look at the fact that the world knew about the death camps 5 years before the end of the war. The world did nothing. Now, to ease a guilty mind, we support them wholeheartedly. Further, we created a nation where other people were already living.
Now I might sound like I support the Palestinians, I am not. We support Israel because a) they are a white nation. b) They oppose arab extremists. c) They have nukes and aren't afraid to use them, and d) Biblically, they are Gods people, and we will look out for them. Ultimately, there are many Americans there. They are as close as any other nation to being a little America.

Israel was built on top of stolen Palestinian land. That's the truth whether or not the Palestinians had an organized government in 1948. The Israelis never really gave the Palestinians autonomy, so quit pretending otherwise. Israel has always reserved the right to meddle in Palestinian affairs, to send tanks and bulldozers into Gaza and West Bank, to send Jewish settlers there and take even more land from the Palestinians, to force Palestinians living in Jerusalem to vacate, to shoot Palestinian children and then exonerate the soldiers who did it, etc.

In Israel, Baruch Goldstein is a big hero for going into a Palestinian mosque and shooting a bunch of unarmed Arab civilians as they were praying to their god.

Israel is in violation of UN resolutions. Israel possesses nuclear weapons illegally. Israel takes five billion dollars out of American taxpayers' pockets every year. Israel bombed a US Navy ship - the Palestinians have never done this. The Palestinians are the victims; Israel is not. Israel is the bully; the Palestinians are not. America helps Israel; Israel slaps America.

I mean, really. The gall someone has to have to assert that Israel is the victim is astounding and disgusting at the same time. I'm an American, and if I had my way Israel would never again get any money from the United States. In fact, Israel would be forced to comply with UN resolutions and submit to UN inspections of their nuclear facilities, or they would be the next country to face American military action.

And if they wanted a nuclear war, I'd give them one. In fact, if they even suggested the possibility of nuclear war, I'd lauch American SLBMs at them immediately.

Daniel Bernard's description of Israel was absolutely right.

First off it's autonomy, not otonomi. Secondly, the Arab, Palestinian and Isreali conflict has raged since the formation of the nation itself. The U.S. had more of a vested interest in maintaining a balanced position when there were pro-western leaders in Muslim countries such as the Shah of Iran. The spread of anti-western radicalism among Islamic nations has done a lot to push the U.S. closer to Isreal along the lines of the old axiom - "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." We were friends already, but these developments have made it moreso.

Also, the Jewish community has significant clout in DC. AIPAC - the American Isreal Public Affairs Committee is regularly ranked by Fortune Magazine as one of the five most influential lobbying organizations in the country.

I am wholeheartedly in favor of supporting Israel, if for nothing else than because the Muslims refuse to even acknowledge Israelis' right to exist, and are intent on committing genocide upon them. They won't be happy until every last Israeli is dead. We cannot stand by, in good conscience, and let that occur.

I think the word your looking for is AUTONOMY, the battle over that land has been a tender subject for thousands of years. The same **** different day rule applies only they hate each other on a more lethal scale.

I don't think that that is true. Palestine is fighting for their OWN land and they don't need any other land. America gave that land to Israel when it was already Palestine's. They are only fighting for their right!
