I would say that it is too short and too revealing. If you have the body that would look good in a skirt this shirt, there are tons of other options that would look just as sexy but still be tasteful.

The only way you should wear something that short is if you are a street walker. I don't care how skinny or how long your leg are micro mini skirts are just S L U T T Y !!!!!

wow - my dad would have called that a belt - its really up to you...if you feel comforatble enough with your body to not constantly be pulling down the hem then go for it. But if you feel like oh no my thighs, my butt, then do yourself a favor and get something else.
