I think it does. Whatever you do, don't get a tattoo....the opposite sex likes a pure body. I think that it really damages your body.

My hubby has one on his back and he has been through different sizes - he went from very buff to normal size and back again, and even with all the muscle stretching and what not, his tattoo looks just as good as when he first got it. With tattoos I think its more about who does it and the type of ink - it's all about quality.

Hilariously so. Saturday Night Live did a skit about the lower back "hoochie tattoos" and what they will look like when the girls turn 50. It was hilarious.

You'd have to gain/lose lots of weight for it to affect your back. Fat just does not store there like it does on other parts of your body.
