how can you argue with the man for man best team of the tourny... as voted by the fifa allstar dream team with 7 players from italy in the roster.. The next closest countries had 4 players..
and by the way Buffon or Carnavaro should have won the golden ball cuz the two goals that Zidane scored were penalty shots.. big freakin deal.. anyone can score a penalty shot.. not like he did it in real playing time with real defenders on his ***. If anyone from the french team should win any trophy it would be Ribery or Henry.. they rock. sorry i got off the toppic here..lol

I was not for either team. I rather of seen Brazil in the final, but since that didn't happen I just hoped that Italy won, which they did.

I was rooting for France. They were the better team. They just needed more luck then Italy in the penalty kicks.

I was for Deutschland, we had a great final game with portugal and won! Klinsmann and ballack and the hero of that match Schweinsteiger!!! All go back to their normal teams very happy. As for the final i wanted france to win, but i knew that they wouldn;t when zidane got sent off!. But hey... who cares Deutschland are the real champions!

I started pulling for Italia when Zidane acted like a thug.
He's the captain of the team and 34 years old - that was an incredibly stupid thing for him to do. I hope they issue a huge fine

I was routing for France. I hate when final games go to penalty. But I am still happy for Italy, they deserved it.
