Yes I agree with you. At this moment in time it would be pure speculation about Zidane. The media will no doubt find out. I hope he feels it was worth it, that all ! He will have to ask himself the question,had I not done that,and stayed in the game,would I have got a goal in the penalty shoot out"? Or," would I have scored if I stayed in "? No doubt he's got a lot of explaining to do. Pity he was not man enough to hold off till AFTER the game!!

I don't think it unreasonable at all for people to question what happened. Moreover, if people didn't ask and just dropped the subject, why would anyone feel that an answer was wanted. People tend to respond to questions being asked.
